Steve sorry to hear about your mum, very said news.
As a way of improving your design, all I can suggest is something like mini ice tongs could sit over the top of dispenser when not needed, but if one of the pods is stuck at the bottom the tongs could be used to grab and pull out…. That may not be the best idea but it is all I got.

My suggestion: If you drink that much coffee; get a regular coffee maker. I drink about $12 worth of coffee a day in Kureg terms, so I've stuck with a regular coffee maker and spend less than $1.00 on the same amount.

Nice design Steve.  Once again you've shown me a way to align something before drilling the holes.  That's a good tip.  Perhaps your next try will be a box with a lid.  Form and functionality!  Sorry for your loss.

Donut Shop is great. Only Black Rifle Coffee is better.

Maybe the chute (top area) needs to be larger in depth with less sharpness in the curved insert. Nice styling in any event. Condolences on your family's loss.

Sorry for your loss, Steve. Who says you can only put one flavor coffee in it if you remove the middle. You may have to take some out and say, " nope, not this flavor" and choose again.
